Music Creation & Production Department (Phan-MPro)
This is the creative and production arm of The Phanmusic Family Foundation, dedicated to the creation, production, and dissemination of gospel-centered music that glorifies God and advances the message of Christ. This department oversees songwriting, music arrangement, recording, live performance, and audio-visual production, ensuring excellence, originality, and spiritual depth in all outputs.
Through worship ministrations, concerts, studio productions, and collaborative projects, Phan-MPro raises anointed and skilled singers, musicians, and creatives who minister not only with technical excellence but with transformed hearts. The department serves as a powerful evangelistic tool, using music to draw souls into God’s presence, inspire worship, and communicate biblical truth across generations and cultures.
Social Welfare & Orphanage Support Department (Phan-Aid)
This is the compassion-driven arm of The Phanmusic Family Foundation, committed to expressing the love of Christ through practical acts of service and social responsibility. This department focuses on orphanage support, care for vulnerable children, and broader social welfare initiatives that address physical, emotional, and material needs within communities.
Through donations, relief programs, partnerships, and advocacy, Phan-Aid seeks to restore dignity, provide hope, and improve living conditions for the less privileged. By demonstrating Christ’s love in tangible ways, the department reinforces the foundation’s mission of holistic ministry, ensuring that faith is not only proclaimed but lived out through selfless service.
School & Community Outreach Department (Phan-Soul)
This is the evangelistic and outreach-focused department of The Phanmusic Family Foundation, dedicated to reaching souls through school missions, community outreaches, and public evangelistic engagements. Its mandate is to take the gospel beyond church settings into schools, campuses, neighborhoods, and underserved communities.
Through gospel presentations, music-led evangelism, mentorship sessions, and community impact programs, Phan-Soul seeks to win souls, disciple young people, and inspire spiritual transformation. The department intentionally bridges faith and action, ensuring that the message of Christ is both proclaimed with clarity and demonstrated through meaningful engagement and service.
Music School & Capacity Development Department (Phan-Train)
This serves as the training and capacity-building department of The Phanmusic Family Foundation, established to develop musicians, singers, worship leaders, and music ministers to a high standard of skill, discipline, and spiritual maturity. Operating as a structured music school, the department provides formal and informal training in vocal development, instrumental performance, music theory, worship leadership, and ministry ethics.
Through classes, workshops, mentorship, and practical ministry exposure, Phan-Train equips individuals to serve effectively in churches, ministries, and the creative industry. The department is intentional about raising a new generation of excellent, grounded, and purpose-driven music ministers who understand both the craft of music and the heart of worship.
Arms of the Foundation
PhanFamily
is a structured membership arm of The Phanmusic Family Foundation, made up of individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and above and are not undergraduate students in any tertiary institution. This arm serves as a platform for committed members to actively support, participate in, and advance the vision, activities, and spiritual life of the Foundation through service, fellowship, and shared responsibility.
PhanHub
is a structured membership arm of The Phanmusic Family Foundation, made up of individuals of any age who are undergraduate students at any level in a recognized tertiary institution. This arm provides a platform for students to engage in the Foundation’s vision through fellowship, mentorship, training, outreach, and service, while fostering spiritual growth, leadership development, and responsible Christian living within the academic environment.
PhanFuture
is a structured membership arm of The Phanmusic Family Foundation, made up of individuals whose ages are above eleven (11) years and below eighteen (18) years and who are not students in any tertiary institution. This arm is designed to nurture spiritual growth, character development, and purpose discovery among young people through age-appropriate mentorship, training, and engagement, preparing them for responsible Christian living and future leadership.
